Senior Service Programs

Wellness Club

Through our Wellness Club, members are awarded prizes when participating in AHMC sponsored health screenings and seminars. For information, call (626) 443-2584.

FREE Patient Transportation

Between home and hospital for scheduled medical procedures. *Some restrictions apply. To schedule, please call (626) 458-4740.

FREE Physician Referral
